If you have never been to this little slice of heaven, you need to put it on the bucket list of destinations and then follow that up by planning a trip.
You can FEEL the deliberate choices that Colonel Tayler made with his choice of location and architecture when he built the beautiful property in 1887. So grateful to Will Arvin for seeing the potential in the once abandoned distillery and for choosing in 2012 to begin the process of restoration.
There is peace here. It beckons you to rest your feet and your mind … to sit with a cocktail in hand in the garden and listen to the sounds of nature and the clear creek running through the property. It fills your mind with days from our youth and puts a smile in your heart.
So grateful to Castle & Key for hosting my next "Bourbon Belles and Whiskey Women" book signing at this amazing location. I am looking forward with excitement to enjoying curated original cocktails, story sharing and hugs with other Spirit minded enthusiast!
